- Full due diligence on the property and investigation of Title
We ensure that you get what you pay for. We check to see that all the necessary planning is in place and that all building regulations have been adhered to. We carry out a number of background checks, to guard against any unwanted hidden surprises, such as mortgages attaching to the property. We also check to ensure that there are no rights of way affecting the property you want to buy, and ensure that the developer owns the land on which they propose to build.
- We also advise on foreign inheritance matters, Litigation and Probate for a number of different countries.
- We provide a Foreign Wills service, and are available to discuss litigation matters which arise as a result of accidents which occur abroad.
- We are able to save you time and added expense, by providing Notary and Power of Attorney services, which allow us to act on your behalf and removing the need for you to travel abroad to sign documents.
- Further to the above services, we can also assist you by providing you with invaluable financial and tax advice, as we work with a highly experienced mortgage provider and also with a leading tax advisory company. It is vital that clients understand the different tax systems that operate in the countries which they invest, so that they are not liable for unpaid taxes, and also so that they can maximise their returns, should they choose to rent the property. As with taxes, we also can assist with organizing a mortgage for our clients, in both Ireland or abroad.
